The Telegraph Pole Incident!?!
Freaky things, school events 1 Comment »On the third day of school everything was normal and . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
At 1.00pm we were eating our lunch when suddenly the lights went out. We thought someone had turned them off, but the switches indicated that they should have been on. Then the teacher got a phone call were the that it was because the telegraph pole in front of our school had tilted, which had made the wires touch the ground that was wet due to the rain. We looked out the window and little explosions were caused by the water off the ground was touching the wires. We had to evacuate the building because the pole could have fallen on the top building or the top building could’ve exploded.
After that we meet in the hall at 1.30. Then we went to area 5 to play because we missed our playtime. At 2.15 we sat down and the teachers told us that we were going to go get our stuff and then come back down. While this was happening police, ambulance and fire cars had made there way to the pole, blocked off that part of the road and were creating detours.
Then we met back at area 5 and our parents picked us up from there because of the telegraph pole.
Finally by Monday everything was fixed up and we went back to school. Who would have though that 1 day of school would be so: exciting, surprising, adventurous, amazing, tiring and dangerous.
