This term my class are investigating the statement “History Never Repeats” true or false. Here are some facts from history.

Ancient Greece, Knossos:

Knossos used to be a multi-story building, spanning five and a half acres.  It was rediscovered by a  archaeologist in the 20th century BC. It is on a low hill a few kilometres from Heraklion in Crete. It is the grandest place of 4 grand Minoan building.

Vikings:

Their farms had many different sections. One side were fields. In the fields the vikings grew: flax for making clothing, barley, green vegetales such as beans and cabbage( in the vegetable garden), turnips, wheat, rye, etc. On the otherside there was an animal farm house with horses, cows, sheep and pigs. Dead animals were also kept in the animal farm house.
